ADD 12% OCCUPANCY TAX ADDED TO DAILY RATES.

Maximum of 6 persons per lot at all times. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Check-in time is 12 noon.

Rates include full hook-ups and cable TV. Weight room facility available at $20.00 per person, $30.00 per couple per month or any portion thereof.

Electricity: All monthlys are metered electric.
Daily: Under 37 ft $3.00 per day. 38 ft & longer $5.00 per day.

PETS: $1.00 per day per pet. (Maximum 2 pets per site).

SITE & 5TH WHEEL RENTALS: $10.00 per day for each additional person over two, maximum four people. No pets. Minimum three nights, $50.00 cleaning fee and a $3.00 per day electric charge. All units are non-smoking.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY: There will be a $20 cancellation charge on reservations of less than 30 days and a $100 cancellation charge on reservation of one month or more. A deposit in the amount of one night's stay will be taken on stays of less than 30 days and $500 for stays of one month or more. This deposit will be forfeited, unless you cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival on stays of less than one month and 30 days prior to arrival for stay of one month or more. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

RESTRICTIONS: Forbid rentals to Tent Trailers, Truck Campers, Van Conversions, Class B Motorhomes. All RV's must be fully self contained and meet RVIA standards to qualify. Signs, logos, or advertising on any vehicle is prohibited.
No enclosed storage trailers, car or motor bike trailers, or Van Conversions, are allowed in the resort. The parking lot will not accommodate these vehicles for over night storage
