Association fees of $322 per month allow access to all facilities for owners & their guest, The fees also cover cable TV, water, trash pick up at each individual lot and the grounds keeping maintenance of the lot, excluding individual plantings & improvements. Summer hours services may vary.

For the benefit of the resort Stoneman & Associates provide a fully staffed sales and rental office. Owners receive 70% of the rental income plus 100% of utility fees collected. The current rates are $66 per night for standard lots and $77 for premium lots plus 12% city tax, utilities & pet fee. Registration fee for guest of owners is currently $10 for less than one month $20 for one month or longer. Property taxes are approximately 1.25% on the sales price anually.
