ALL RENTAL RATES INCLUDE UTILITIES AND 10% OCCUPANCY TAX which is assessed on stays of less than 28 nights.

A refundable security deposit may be required on unit rentals. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

RESTRICTIONS: Tent Trailers, Truck Campers, Van Conversions or RV's less than 26' in length are not allowed . All RV's must be fully self contained and have RVIA sticker. Signs, logos, or advertising on any vehicle are prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A fee of $25 will be assessed on all confirmed reservations that are cancelled. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of arrival date may be assessed additional charges if the site cannot be re-rented. No credits or refunds issued on reservations that are cancelled, or dates changed, later than two days prior to arrival.

PETS: One household pet weighing 20 pounds or less is permitted per site. Said pet cannot be walked within the resort.
